The City West market covers the western area of the City adjacent to Midtown, and encompasses Clerkenwell, Farringdon, and St Paul’s as the main districts. The former areas are popular for young professionals to live in.

The area has gone through significant redevelopment in recent years, partly due to the boost that access to the new Crossrail line will bring. Further redevelopment is expected with a new generation of buildings and amenities.
