The Office Market

The King’s Cross and Euston office market are made up of two distinct areas. Both of which have grown as a result of regeneration projects such as Regent’s Place and King’s Cross Central. Further development is expected in the latter location and Euston is embarking on its own regeneration with the construction of a new transport hub for HS2.
