Brindley Place

Brindleyplace was built from 1993 onwards on land that had held factories until Birmingham's manufacturing fell away, and it now runs to eleven buildings, tree lined squares and a long canal frontage. Spacemade lets workspace on the estate. The Ikon Gallery, the Sea Life Centre and the Crescent Theatre all sit within it, and the bars and restaurants along the water tend to fill up nicely after work. Five Ways is fifteen minutes on foot, and New Street about twenty. Desks start at £400 a month.
