Who delivers the design and build?
Dthree Studio, part of the Devono Group. Because it sits alongside our search and advisory teams, the design brief and the property search are worked up together rather than handed from one firm to another.
What's the difference between Cat A and a full fit-out?
Cat A is the landlord's base finish: raised floors, suspended ceilings, lighting and basic services. A full fit-out, often called Cat B, turns that shell into your workplace, with the layout, meeting rooms, kitchens, furniture and branding.
Can you help us meet sustainability standards?
