Addiscombe Road

No.1 Croydon is the tower everyone calls the 50p building, twenty four storeys designed by Richard Seifert and finished in 1970. Sussex Innovation took two floors of it in 2015 and runs them as a business incubator rather than a plain serviced centre, with an in house support team, a large open plan collaborative area and room for more than thirty tenant companies. Meeting rooms, call and mail handling are included. The building sits right beside East Croydon station. East Croydon is three minutes. Desks start at £150 a month.
