Bartholomew Close

Number 55 Bartholomew Close began as three Victorian townhouses and was rebuilt behind its own brick in 2020, keeping the exposed brickwork, the steel beams and the sash windows. Helical did the work with designers Morey Smith, producing just under 11,000 sq ft over six floors. It was the last of three office buildings finished at Barts Square, a three acre scheme between St Paul's and Smithfield. There is outside space, a staffed reception and bike storage. Barbican is four minutes. Desks start at £700 a month.
