Buckley Gray Yeoman, an architect that made its name in Shoreditch, reworked 199 Bishopsgate on the corner with Primrose Street, and Huckletree took four floors of it. The hub runs to about 35,000 sq ft. There is a plant powered cafe at ground level that doubles as workspace, a wellness studio putting on free yoga, meditation and breathwork, and a whole hospitality floor with meeting rooms, a Town Hall event space and a members' bar. The building is BREEAM Excellent. Liverpool Street is five minutes. Desks start at £800 a month.
