Circus Road

Battersea Power Station was built to a design by Giles Gilbert Scott and J Theo Halliday, one of the largest brick buildings anywhere, and stood empty from 1983 until the redevelopment finished. Regus runs The Engine Room inside it, where the Art Deco fittings meet a modern fit out. Private offices and coworking are both available, with the shops, restaurants and cinema of the development downstairs and Battersea Park across the road. The tube station is nine minutes on foot. Desks start at £500 a month.
