Brickfields at 37 Cremer Street was a metalworks factory before Workspace took it on, and the steel frame is still the thing you notice inside. There are two courtyards done in the same industrial register, and The Kiln Café on the ground floor. Offices and studios are let on flexible terms with cycle racks, showers and meeting rooms. Workspace has run the building for years under the Brickfields name. Hoxton station is directly opposite, three minutes, and Old Street about ten. Desks start at £300 a month.
