The Biscuit Factory was Peek Frean and Company's works, where Garibaldis and Bourbons were turned out from the 1860s until the plant closed in 1989. Workspace has since made it over into studios and offices, keeping the industrial bones. It is one of the larger creative buildings in Bermondsey and the rent is at the bottom of the range for London. Breakout areas, meeting rooms and bike storage come with it, and the doors open around the clock. Bermondsey is seven minutes. Desks start at £100 a month.
