Keizersgracht 125-127

Two linked canal houses on the Keizersgracht, both national monuments, were restored and reopened in October 2024 across roughly 3,100 square metres. Rivvia runs the workspace. A central corridor modelled on an Italian palazzo threads through five building sections that grew together over the centuries, with a glass staircase cut down through them. Meeting rooms include an eighteen seat board room, and there is a members lounge with barista service, a courtyard behind and balconies above. The building carries an A++++ energy label and sits inside the UNESCO protected canal ring. Offices suit teams of five to a hundred. Rent is on application.
