King's Road

Chelsea Old Town Hall sits on the King's Road as a working civic building, and The Workary rents desks inside it. The operator is Wimbletech, a community interest company that puts coworking into libraries and civic buildings, and members join a network of more than four hundred people across London and the South East. Monthly events are free. Memberships run without a contract, on a deposit equal to the price of the desk. The tenant mix here runs to student housing, communications and charity fundraising. South Kensington is fourteen minutes on foot. Desks start at £500 a month.
