The building has a period facade on its east side and a glass and steel exterior on the west, with London Grind, a cocktail and espresso bar, on the ground floor. The floors look over the Thames and London Bridge. Air conditioning, lifts, a kitchen, breakout areas, bookable meeting rooms, fruit and snacks and a staffed reception come with the space, plus step free access, showers and bike storage. Dogs are welcome. Desks start at £300 a month. London Bridge station is at the end of the street and Borough Market a few minutes west.
