Over a hundred independent companies rent at World's End Studios, which says most of what you need to know about the scale of the place. The building at 132 to 134 Lots Road was a factory before conversion, and now runs to roughly 25,000 sq ft of offices, studios and showrooms in brick, steel, glass and wood, arranged around three galleried courtyards planted with bamboo. Every suite has its own front door and air conditioning. Kitchens, showers, a cafe, concierge and meeting rooms are shared, and pets are allowed. Imperial Wharf is six minutes. Desks start at £500 a month.
