The Warehouse keeps its original industrial features while the refurbishment by AHMM brought in bright, airy and flexible office floors behind them, so the character is not just a reception feature. A cafe, kitchen with tea points, breakout areas, bookable meeting rooms, phone booths and a staffed reception come with the space, along with lifts, air conditioning, step free access, printing, showers and bike storage. Access runs around the clock. Old Street is close. Rent is on application. The Bower development around it adds retail, food and public space at street level.
