90 Mainyard Studios was the founders' first building, expanded in 2017 to take in 92 and 94 alongside it. The result is a genuine community rather than a managed floor, sitting inside the Creative Enterprise Zone by the Olympic Park. A cafe, kitchen with tea points, breakout areas, lockers and beer and wine come with the space, plus a networking programme and 24 hour access. Hackney Wick station is a short walk. Desks start at £500 a month. Hackney Wick has become one of the densest concentrations of studio space in London.
