Waterloo Station

The offices have direct access from the Waterloo Station concourse, and the ambition was a calm working environment inside the busiest station in the country. Working with Ben Adams Architects, the design draws on traditional Japanese interiors, which is an unusual answer to a difficult brief. A business lounge, event space, kitchen, breakout areas and lifts are provided, with air conditioning, cleaning and bike storage. Every line through Waterloo is at the door. Desks start at £1,100 a month. The South Bank, the London Eye and the river are all a few minutes north.
