Tagwright House is a converted warehouse on Westland Place, a side street off East Road, and The Boutique Workplace Company runs it as private offices. The ground floor is 2,500 sq ft of open plan that works as a workspace by day and an event space in the evenings, finished in concrete, wood and reclaimed furniture. Two meeting rooms sit inside. There is a business lounge, phone booths, showers and bike storage, and dogs come in with their owners. Old Street is seven minutes on foot. Desks start at £300 a month.
